Barney Baxter founded Medallion Construction, Inc. in 2004 after building custom homes in Virginia. Barney has a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His diverse background includes software engineering, project management and sales.

Barney Baxter, President of Medallion Construction, is an active member of the Raleigh-Wake County Home Builders Association. He has enjoyed construction, engineering and architecture for more than 22 years, and incorporates those skills, ideas and knowledge into each of his homes.
